You are the first point of contact and will own the customer experience from start to finish.

Manage customer contacts and order detail with razor sharp accuracy in our case management systemPrioritize high work volumes from phones, email, case management, and faxesProactively track, resolve, and escalate order or cases in alignment with service excellence standards and attention to detailPlace and monitor orders via phone, fax, and email for hospital and sales rep customersOwn it! Proactively communicate backorders, order status, product availability, and missed deliverablesResolve complex issues via root cause analysis investigation, proposal of resolution, and resolution implementation with limited interventionSystematically process and transact consignment conversions & reconciliationsProcess customer returns and coordinate with Inventory TeamsComplete customer creditsBecome a SME who can coach and train othersOther incidental duties:
Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding changes to shipping time and inventory cycle counts.Basic Qualifications:

Diploma required plus minimum of 4 years customer service experienceExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skillsAbility to work in a demanding environmentExcellent Customer Service skills with ability to resolve demanding situationsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectivesStrong Time Management Skills with ability to prioritize competing objectivesMust be able to work in a team environment with minimum supervision, this includes inter-departmental and cross-departmental business partnersDemonstrates problem-solving and critical thinking skillsProficient in MS Office SuiteExperience within an ERP softwarePreferred Qualifications:
Experience in a medical device call center is STRONGLY preferredBachelor's degree preferredSalesforce.com experienceProficient in JDE (ERP Software)Inventory managementAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.The base pay range for this position is $47,000 to $65,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., geographic location, qualifications, education, prior experience).
