If you're the best at what you do, you work at Corteva Agriscience!?We currently have an exciting opportunity for a?Digital Business Manager?covering the southern half of Illinois (covering Pioneer Seed districts KC & KD).?The Digital Business Manager will serve as the focal point to increase digital adoption across the Corteva organization. Leading the field teams towards their digital goals by delivering product value to drive the successful adoption and launch of new products. The Digital Business Manager will work with the local team to help implement digital tools to help sell more seed and crop protection products for Corteva.\r\n\t\r\n\t\t \r\n\t\r\n\t\tThis is a remote position with?location preference in Northwest Illinois. If hired, you will be required to travel to support business activities.\r\n\t\r\n\t\t \r\n\t\r\n\t\tResponsibilities: What Will You Do?\r\n\t\r\n\t\t \r\n\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tCorteva Adoption of Digital and driving data-in:?Establish the positioning & value of digital to the Corteva field teams in-district, generating excitement around bringing digital solutions to customers and field sellers.\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tServe as the focal point in the respective Pioneer and Corteva districts to drive customer experience through digital agronomy: crop health imagery, product placement, field notes, yield analysis, and more.\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tRepresent, promote, and be the focal point for Granular Insights to the local teams both internal employee teams, agencies, and retailers.\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tPartner with District Leads to develop tactics toward customer call strategy with Granular Insights\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tGrow Granular Insights engagement through meeting with the local Pioneer teams, growers, and other trusted advisors\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tChallenge customers to change behaviors through digital adoption by effectively translating customer needs into solutions\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tProduct Launches: Evaluate new product concepts for market shaping opportunities\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tImplement and test pre-commercial enabling technologies such as irrigation, yield prediction, and fungicide timing to determine market potential and business case value.\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tTeam Selling & Coaching: Quarterback everything digital in your district. Organize efforts across digital business associates, Pioneer District & Territory Leaders, and retail.\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tEnsure 'portfolio mindset' is the primary Sales approach used by the entire digital district team. In essence, how can we use digital to help sell more Pioneer seeds?\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tCoach all Sales, Customer Success, and retail teams on specific portfolio answers to individual customers'/ prospects' needs\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tInfluence/persuade team partners to gain acres via digital features\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tRetention:?Collaborate with customers/agencies to ensure they continue to use Granular Insights and other Corteva digital tools year after year.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\t\tQualifications\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\t\tRequirements:\r\n\t\tWhat Is Expected from You?\r\n\t\r\n\t\t \r\n\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\tBachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing required.
