About the role: As a Senior Manager of Online Customer Configuration you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. What you will be doing: Candidate is responsible for 20 online debit transaction processing systems running FIS software Connex on HP NonStop. Manages a global team of 12 database analyst that configure changes in the Connex Environmental Database. Participates on customer calls when needed. Works closely various internal FIS teams like Offline Database, User Acceptance Testing, Operations, Systems Management, Key Management, EBT, Implementations, Migrations, Mandate Team, Development, Risk, Audit, Production Control, and Production Support. Focus on automation efforts. Escalation point for online database issues. Team is on-call for support 24x7. Approve emergency changes. This is a working manager position that can step in and make changes when needed. Performs trouble shooting and consulting. Document process flows and create new procedures. Team manages code deployment onto the processing environments. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Added bonus if you have: The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills. A bachelor's in business or a related field or the equivalent experience.
