Full Circle is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager.
Essential Functions:
• Communication with customers, internal customers at other locations, and Headquarters
• Functions as a liaison between customers, Key Account Managers and production.
• Responsible for handling and following up customer requests in coordination with managers and local team members
• Follow up with RFQ’s (Request for Quotation), feasibilities, and program timing delivery dates and Project Management
• Provide support with Customer’s Milestones.
• Obtaining customers fully executed documentation (Contracts, PO’s, etc.).
• Provide support ensuring data accuracy for planning and forecasting.
• Sales data administration, support and guidance to Inside Sales team.
• Analyze cost calculations and prepare basic CBD’s.
• Accomplish Key Performance Indicators established by the company.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in administration and/or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of solid experience in a sales position, preferably in the automotive industry.
• You are eager to use your communication skills, and willing to learn and grow.
• You are self-driven and open for new challenge.
• You have good interpersonal skills and like to get the best result for our customer and our company
