Position Responsibilities:

• As a repair specialist, you'll examine and determine the problems with construction equipment and crushing/screening equipment. Then, you'll carry out repairs on the equipment using the prescribed guidelines. Machines serviced include various brands like Liebherr, Gomaco, Roadtec, Grove, and Manitowoc, among others.
• A technical adeptness that spans over mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other domains is integral for professionals in fixing and identifying problems in equipment used for mining, paving, construction, and lifting.
• General machine upkeep plays a vital role in ensuring that your machinery achieves optimal functional efficiency while reducing the cost of operation.
• The use of diagnostic laptops, measuring instruments, and gauges is a standard protocol for identifying malfunctions in all machine systems, be it electronics, hydraulics, powertrain, engines, or overall machine performance.
• Employ a variety of hand and power tools, including pneumatic tools and specialized equipment provided by the employer, to expertly disassemble and reassemble machines and components in adherence with manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

• Must have CDL
• To be considered for this job, applicants should have extensive know-how in repairing and servicing heavy equipment for no less than 3-5 years
• Knowing how to handle simple tools and operate them effectively is essential for any do-it-yourself project, as is expertise in welding.
