Payroll Manager - Remote

TITLE: Payroll Specialist Location: Remote Compensation Range: 30 - 35hr Payroll Manager: Join our team as a next-level Payroll Manager, working in our luxurious, state-of-the-art facility with a resort like feel. Must possess astute payroll skills and a keen eye for detail to oversee and execute the day-to-day duties in processing the company's payroll ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with governmental regulations and company policies. The Essentials: Great candidates will identify and implement payroll initiatives and projects which require strong organizational and communication skills and possess the ability to simultaneously manage tasks to meet company's standards and deadlines. Will graciously act as a point of escalation to help identify and implement process improvements within the department for increased efficiency. You Will Need: Bachelor's degree required Certified Payroll Professional Certification required Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience effectively processing payroll in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of general HR and payroll wage and hour laws, and payroll related benefits administration Experience with Paycom Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and LOOKUP functionality Strong verbal and written communication skills
