How You Will Contribute To LifeNet Health s Success


As an Information Coordinator, you will perform initial donor and production related information and evaluate the information provided; coordinate the daily flow of donor charts/information for proper and timely review/approvals. Review records to ensure accuracy, quality and completeness of files in accordance with FDA regulations, AATB Standards, and LifeNet Health SOP.


What You ll Do


  • Review documentation in a timely manner using all defined protocols for completeness and readiness, to move on to next review.
  • Monitor status of records using manual and computerized tracking systems in appropriate manner.
  • Interact using courteous, timely, appropriate and effective communication methods for both internal/external customers. Interact with assigned external clients to obtain missing, required information in a timely fashion. Communicates daily regarding records status with both internal and external customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation in donor charts and software systems.
  • Performs paper record scanning to electronic format and verification of scanned document.
  • Work closely with other QA staff members, fostering a team-oriented work environment, to obtain and monitor information needed to complete the donor chart (from both internal and external clients.


What You ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of work experience in Data Entry within a healthcare environment or similar industry
  • Preferred Experience: Two (2) years experience working with patient medical records in a highly regulated environment
  • Preferred Experience: Advanced degree or formal certificate in a related field (biological sciences) strongly preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office and Database Applications: Demonstrated knowledge of advanced spreadsheet and database applications usage. Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite
  • Time Management: Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization
  • Independent Thinking and Decision Making: Daily independent thinking and decisions made regarding completeness of donor records, readiness for Quality Review or for other disposition. Requires following generally defined procedures
  • Logical Analysis: Requires thinking through and solving problems step by step; often has to look beyond the obvious solution to a problem and dig deeper for the best solution
  • Relationship Management: Builds and sustains partnerships across organizational boundaries and functions as well as outside the organization to achieve common goals and outcomes
  • Attention to detail: Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery
