As a Talent Acquisition Specialist; you will be recruiting for Pension Administration roles across the United States. Among many others, the positions are the following: Pension Analyst, Senior Pension Analyst, Associate Consultant, Consultants, and Senior Consultants as well as many different IT roles.

Summary:

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the specialist will be responsible for consulting managers on recruitment best practices, play an advisory role while being fully in charge of the staffing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete staffing process, for various positions and at different levels;

  • Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to continuously maintain a solid pipeline of candidates;

  • Maximize the pool of candidates by networking on social media, such as LinkedIn (and other relevant social networks);

  • Sourcing passive candidates on different platforms.

  • Actively participate in university recruitment, objective of which is to recruit several interns in a very competitive environment;

  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees with other members on the team;

  • Contribute to continuously improve internal processes and recruitment method

Succeeding as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the candidate we are looking for requires the following core qualifications and skills:

  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience in Corporate Recruitment or any other relevant field.

  • Experience recruiting in an agency would be an asset;

  • Experience recruiting in IT or Pension Administration would be an asset;

  • Have interest in managing a large volume of hires;

  • Experience with application management software;

  • Customer service oriented and strong interpersonal skills;

  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Social Media;

  • Proven sense of organization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple files simultaneously;

  • Excellent team player and demonstrate initiatives and autonomy;

  • Resiliency and proactivity mindset is essential;
