Online Orders/Curbside Associate (Not Remote)
Gertens Retail Store in Inver Grove Heights is seeking SEASONAL full time and part time seasonal Online Orders/Curbside Associates! Are you very organized and have excellent verbal, written communication, and a high attention to detail? Do you have a background dealing with online orders and curbside pickup? We would love to speak with you!

Essential Functions:
• Responsible for moving product from various areas within the department including pushing buggies, transporting, lifting, etc.
• May operate a voice unit and/or Radio Frequency (RF) unit.
• Pick customer orders by following standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for lifting or moving product weighing in excess of 50 pounds.
• Report’s discrepancies and/or product damages during the order pull/loading process.
• Works cooperatively with others to maintain accuracy and productivity goals.
• Puts safety at the forefront and adheres to all company policies and procedures regarding safety.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Excellent customer awareness & focus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, perform well under pressure and effectively manage competing and/or changing priorities.
- Ability to use own initiative.
