Position:
The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for the setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. The role works directly with clients to manage initial access, map, and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users. The Senior Implementation Specialist also tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; and identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.

Able to travel up to 25% (Potential travel 2-3 times a year) for offsite client meetings and training sessions.

Position:

Core Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Work with customers to build, configure, and manage the client's CareSelect implementation
- Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation
- Work closely with other areas including product development and sales to ensure customer needs are met
- Work with the implementation team colleagues on continuous improvement efforts to build efficiency and improve the quality of delivery for our clients
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare, IT or Project Management
- Experience working with Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) as an analyst or super user for EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Radiant, or Referrals
- Experience facilitating meetings and interacting with executive leadership
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- 2+ years of project management experience; with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record systems, including Epic and Cerner
- Strong customer service skills and background
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
