We are currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to support our Talent Management Center in Falls Church, Virginia. This position allows for majority remote work, and occasional on-site training, orientation, and tag-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in Healthcare recruiting: Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other clinical healthcare practitioners.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in an agency or professional recruitment setting.
  • The ability to forge strong long-term relationships on personal and professional levels
  • The innate drive to succeed expectations and achieve financial goals
  • The ability/desire to structure and design your own daily workflow
  • Strong technology skills to include Microsoft Office, ATS systems, social media, LinkedIn, etc.


Essential Functions:

  • Drive candidate-focused, full-lifecycle recruiting efforts for direct hire clients in the Healthcare domain.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling, networking, designing search strings, and relationship building.
  • Carry candidates from the submission stage through interviews, as well as close and assist with a smooth onboarding where appropriate.
  • Negotiate salary and compensation packages that match with applicable pay scales according to each job requisition.
