This stealth team within Store Nº8 is paving the way for extended reality applications in the retail space creating productive and entertaining immersive shopping experiences.

What You'll Do

As a UX Designer, Commerce / Extended Reality, you play a critical role in bringing this initiative into existence. Reporting into the Head of Engineering, you will be part of a small team tasked with creating net new capabilities in the field of extended reality. Do you have experience designing commerce UX flows? Get in on the ground floor with a small fast-paced team in an emerging technology industry.

• 
  Work with a small team including software engineers, testers, operations members and end users to architect, design, build, and test new capabilities in the extended reality domain.
  
• 
  Design user interfaces for consumer and commerce experiences within gaming and augmented reality.
  
• 
  Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and animated flows (such as Figma or Invision).
  
• 
  Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, user
  psychology, and usability findings.
  
• 
  Contribute to feature design alongside other stakeholders.

What You'll Need :

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  
• 
  5 years' experience in consumer UX Design, including 2 years on commerce or shopping UX
  
• 
  2 years on 3D, AR, VR or blended reality.
  
• 
  Experience designing consumer and commerce experiences.
  
• 
  Experience in designing cross platform experiences.
  

• 
  Ability to extract complex concepts and quickly turn around flows and mock-ups reflecting a range of options.
  
• 
  Bonus: Experience conducting usability research and incorporating feedback into the UX design process.
