*Remote flexibility is optional for this role anywhere in the US, however candidates must work on East Coast hours*

Role responsibilities:

• Oversee client business with multi-million dollar revenue in the promotional medical education space
• Serve as a team leader across multiple brands; lead strategic and tactical development
• Act as an industry expert and address client needs and potential issues to determine how to strategically roll out client visions
• Actively network to develop brand awareness as industry leader and serve as the point of contact for agency and client senior leadership
• Execute complex assignments composed of multiple components and appropriately use internal and external resources to solve problems and manage workload
• Successfully manage client and vendor relationships
• Provide oversight for internal teams with the client needs in mind including budget and forecasting

Role requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 15 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications
• Promotional med ed experience required
• Demonstrated record of substantial business growth and staff development

Ability to demonstrate strong business and finance leadership
