If you think you could support the Visa family by joining Cybersource as a Associate Technical Support Analyst, we want to hear from you.

The Client Services team provides enterprise level support to our customers and partners. After a thorough training program on Cybersource's suite of products, you’ll be part of a distributed team providing technical advice and expertise to our world-class client base. The role will rely on your creativity and technical acumen to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, collaborate with engineering on various product issues, and contribute to projects revolving around support tools, knowledge management, our growing marketplace of solutions, and more.

What You’ll Do, Day To Day.

  • Be a Cybersource expert and help our clients to get the best from our products and services.

  • Troubleshoot a range of different questions. Our team is never bored!

  • Continue to develop your knowledge – the payments space is ever changing and the skills we need are evolving.

  • Find ways to teach the clients to fish – creating useful support articles, building out process documentation, answering the “unasked question”.

  • Be a coach and mentor for your teammates, as no one person can know it all.

  • Be a part of a respectful and vibrant community of Payment-philes.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
