Desktop Support Engineer

Sentinel is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This person will assist with closing out level 2 and level 3 help desk tickets and escalating as necessary in a professional and timely manner. Some assistance with basic network routing and switching may be required. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to expand their technical knowledge and skills. This is a full time opportunity on-site in Memphis, TN with occasional travel to local sites as needed.

• 5+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
• Must have experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and VPN
• Must have excellent customer service and end user support skills
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
