Your Responsibilities
As a User Experience Researcher for John Deere's Global Marketing - Customer Insights organization , you will:
Perform end-user facing research to gain insights that will impact an intentional user experience with John Deere solutions and communicates insights for use in the design process.
Stay abreast of new methods, technology, and trends that impact user experience research and design practices and determines applicability within John Deere.
Ensure the end-user voice is represented throughout the product development process and that the user experience is consistent with the user experience strategy.
Lead and/or participate in the creation of the user experience (UX) strategy for a narrow set of related solutions. Insights and recommendations influence the design of products that span multiple platforms, typically within a single division, involving complex and often concurrent user interactions.
Actively work to share knowledge across workgroups.
This is a mid-level, individual contributor role.

Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Degree in Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Degree in Social Sciences discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Miscellaneous degree or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
