Your Responsibilities


As a User Experience Researcher for John Deere's Global Marketing - Customer Insights organization , you will:




  • Perform end-user facing research to gain insights that will impact an intentional user experience with John Deere solutions and communicates insights for use in the design process.




  • Stay abreast of new methods, technology, and trends that impact user experience research and design practices and determines applicability within John Deere.




  • Ensure the end-user voice is represented throughout the product development process and that the user experience is consistent with the user experience strategy.




  • Lead and/or participate in the creation of the user experience (UX) strategy for a narrow set of related solutions. Insights and recommendations influence the design of products that span multiple platforms, typically within a single division, involving complex and often concurrent user interactions.




  • Actively work to share knowledge across workgroups.




  • This is a mid-level, individual contributor role.

Education


Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:




  • Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)




  • Degree in Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)




  • Degree in Social Sciences discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)




  • Miscellaneous degree or equivalent experience - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
