Job Summary: As the Customer Service Representative, I perform moderate customer service tasks that will provide excellent customer support with enthusiasm, empathy, and attention to detail. Customer care tasks include resolving patient orders of product shipments, backorders, credits, cancels, returns, etc. As a Customer Service Representative, I will support the Clinical and Service staff which develops and manages wound and home care centers providing an exemplifying culture to enhance the lives of the patients we serve by operating with a high level of integrity. Maintain the customer care folders for corrections, credits, and cancellations. Maintain the department s daily logs, including the FedEx shipping exception log. Create invoices by releasing sales orders at the end of the day. Talk with customers by phone and receives orders or requests for adjustments by working closely with the warehouse distribution centers for order fulfillment. Fill out forms, determine charges for service requested, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders. Adjust complaints concerning service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for assistance. Handle complaints with appropriate solutions and alternative time limits Handle customer requests for adjustments by working closely with the warehouse distributions centers for order fulfillment Ability to operate in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and software programs, including CRM Education and Technical Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills
