Role
Gigafactory Nevada is seeking a CMMS Business Systems Specialist to improve, operate and maintain the Facilities maintenance management software systems.
* Management of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as well as database used by the CMMS
* Coordinate and implement software updates to maintain the CMMS
* Working directly with the CMMS vender to troubleshoot issues and/or implement CMMS updates
* Support the maintenance team with training (including training documentation) of CMMS
* Support the maintenance team with correcting issues that arise day to day with the CMMS
* Develop and maintain Facilities Maintenance and Reliability metrics using data visualization software (Tableau preferred)
* Develop and maintain tools to improve CMMS processes more effective and efficient (i.e. automated upload forms from Excel to the CMMS database, automated data transfer from commissioning software to CMMS, field application for maintenance technician to make updates to CMMS data via mobile application)
* 2-5 years of relevant experience in either database or CMMS role
* Database knowledge/experience
* Software management experience
* Highly proficient in Excel and data visualization software (Tableau preferred). SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and JIRA experience preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
