APPLICATION DEVELOPER,

Facilities-Finance and Administration-Business Systems, Reporting and Analytics Division, to be responsible for participating in the full life cycle of application development, including design, coding, testing, and production support. Will be responsible for following through on action items, troubleshooting vendor and customer access issues, and processing or reporting related issues; operations and development, quality assurance, and code library/Wiki/SOP support and maintenance, and analysis and reporting; and keeping all changes made via the support/development ticketing system (i.e., action items) up-to-date and peer testing use cases to ensure coding quality and the efficacy of documentation, code changes, and new development.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:

bachelor s degree in a related field; at least three years relevant programming experience, including at least two years of eBuilder experience, one year as an eBuilder administrator, and at least six-months of workflow processes code development; work experience with query tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, e-Builder BI (Exago), Tableau, COGNOS, Synchovery, Confluence (WIKI), and Drupal; ability to analyze business analyst requirements to create systems use and test cases; ability to code modification and/or create new code from business rules supplied by the business analyst; report writing skills with query tools supplied by eBuilder; excellent interpersonal, customer service, and customer advocacy skills; ability to communicate and demonstrate abstract concepts in simple terms for customers in order to elicit requirements and/or set expectations; and initiative.
