Job Description



Minimum requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field + PMP certification


  • 7 + years of experience as a technical Project Manager in a collaborative environment managing medium to large projects full lifecycle


  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently with little to no oversight.


  • Top communication, organizational and time management skills


  • Experience organizing project cadences such as reviews, quarterly planning and providing executive status reporting


  • Experience working with hardware and software teams


  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Anticipates issues and proactively manages them by removing obstacles.


  • Experience using project management tools such as MS project, Jira etc.


  • Knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus




Key responsibilities:




  • Supports the Operations’ organization in the execution of its strategic and operational objectives


  • Follows industry standard project management best practices to plan and execute projects


  • Works closely with product leaders in inspection/adaptation by assessing overall capacity and risks on a periodic basis


  • Facilitates complex discussions with architecture teams and dev teams on requirements, design, and other joint reviews. Work with QA teams to track and resolve defects


  • Ensures all project Compliance requirements are adhered to and required approvals secured


  • Helps identify and surface issues related to product view, that has the potential to impact customer experience


  • Fosters collaboration across various teams with emphasis in building a strong relationship with Customer Service (CS) organization


  • Helps builds consensus in decision making process


  • Implements standardized reporting for overall schedule and progress tracking across multiple projects and products


  • Effectively manages risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure all planned activities are on track. Removes distractions and keeps the team focused on project vision


  • Gathers and stores project and technical documents
