We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Life and Annuities - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
This position can be 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business goals (tactical and strategic) and drives development and implementation of business solutions
- Drive projects to optimize business processes and develop a business architecture framework for continuous improvement
- Manage the work efforts of functional resources through the project plan and manage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning
- Manage and maintain good communication across team members, leadership and stakeholders across multiple business units
- Participate in business development activities including: Participation in due diligence, Collaborate in responses for RFI
- Manage project performance (e.g., delivery on commitments, quality, responsiveness, reliability) and financial performance (e.g., business case) expectations
- Provide oversight of project activities through proper status reporting to ensure a timely resolution of project execution issues, including changes in scope, quality/reliability issues, and resource constraints.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management for large Software Development (SDLC) projects
- Global organization experience with resources nearshore and offshore
- Business solutions specifically in enterprise solutions such as Workflow, images, business process automation, deployment of surround solutions
- Agile methodology or Scrum framework
- Implementing enterprise PMO tools such as MS Project, Jira, Agile, Version One, etc.
Preferred Skills/Nice to have:
- Life Insurance and Annuity product lines
Education:
- BS degree or equivalent work experience

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $95,400 - $174,900. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
