The Allenstown School District is looking for a compassionate and caring school nurse to provide health services to students in grades 5-8.
Responsibilities include treating injuries, mild to acute illnesses, supporting students with chronic illnesses, writing short term and long term health plans, tracking immunizations, screenings, and medication according to district, state and federal guidelines / policies.
Experience with SNAP and / or ALMA would be helpful. Compensation will commensurate with experience and credentials. Interested candidates should complete the application.
