Currently, we are looking for a Paid Digital Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience.

This position is hybrid-remote, on-site 3 days/week, and in Laural, MD.

What You Will Be Doing

• Report to and partner with the Director of Digital & Integrated Marketing
• Partner with client-facing teams to define and quantity goals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute paid social and search campaigns
• Lead social media and paid search reporting with relevant insights, implications, and optimization
• Serve our clients by creating a strong online presence and market share
• Optimize current operations, streamline processes and deliver target audience experiences to support client business strategies
• Identify and align existing and future social media channels and search opportunities
• Present marketing strategies, project timelines & updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Execute accurate paid social media channels
• Execute all paid search campaigns for the agency, clients, and brands
• Identify marketing KPIs and create data requirements to deliver goals
• Use social media and search metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest new solutions
  

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years of paid social media (strategy planning, execution, client management)
• 3+ years of search (strategy planning, execution, client management)
• 3+ years of social media planning, buying, executing, measuring, optimizing, and reporting
• Proven experience managing multiple campaigns at a time (up to 7 large multi-year projects, client accounts)
• Knowledge of social, search, mobile, and digital media technologies
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C Marketing
• Experience managing digital media marketing budgets of at least $3 million per year
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Strong passion for marketing and innovation
• Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Campaign Manager, & Ads
• Adara Impact & SEMRush
• Social Media platforms
• Programmatic marketing is a PLUS
