This individual can sit at any Collins Aerospace location or remote. Primary Responsibilities Works to communicate the Operations Modernization vision to every level of the organization Articulates clearly and communicate complex plans in practical language to the company, organizational leaders, and employees to ensure flawless results Focus on operational plans and strategies with short-term and long-term impacts on the organization Lead cross-functional teams to implement complex projects Partner with Ops Modernization leadership team and SBUs (Strategic Business Unit) to drive change across the Operations within Collins and Ops Modernization functions such as the Singapore Innovation Hub, SMART Factory, and Strategic Integrated Operations Planning and execution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and typically 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and typically a minimum 5 years of experience. In absence of a degree, typically 12 years of relevant experience is required Must be a US Citizen Background in operations, supply chain, manufacturing and quality 2+ years experience working within a matrix organizational model, with the ability to work effectively through presence and influence Knowledge of new product introduction and product-to-market processes Knowledge of Operational Excellence, including applied lean in manufacturing and fabrication processes Ability to work across all levels within the organization Team player with the ability to lead teams and projects Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design, Engineering, Physics, Science, or Operations-related field Master's Degree in Business, Design, Engineering, Physics, Science, or Operations-related field Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. The salary range for this role is $94,000.00 to $196,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
