In Kansas City, Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies (FM&T) manages and operates the U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Kansas City National Security Campus. Summary:
The Sr. Production Scheduler reports through the Materials Planning organization and is responsible for long-range planning, preparing, issuing, and controlling production schedules and material requirements based on analysis and interpretation of data from complex, integrated computer software programs to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. The Sr. Production scheduler creates and maintains a valid master schedule for the factory by effectively balancing supply and demand and completing in-depth capacity and inventory analysis.
You Must Have:
- US citizenship to obtain and maintain US Dept of Energy """"Q"""" level security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or technical-related area & five or more years of technical, administrative or supervisory experience in production/program planning or equivalent experience in a related role or seven years of total experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of advanced planning tools a strong plus
- APICS or CPIM Certification or knowledge
- ERP/MRP system experience
