Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience completing process design or process improvement projects.
- Experience in conducting statistical analysis of process performance in a business environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with design thinking, change management, and project management methodologies.
- Experience with logical data modeling and business architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, BOST, etc.).
- Experience in managing cross-functional programs and leading change management initiatives.
- Experience in Staffing or Human Resources (HR) process subject matter.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma black belt or Lean methodologies.
- Ability to determine customer requirements, define process measures, identify root cause, design process improvements, measure project outcomes, train others, facilitate meetings, and present with groups.

As a Process Designer, you will be a member of a team of ten process designers. You will provide process design services and training to operations.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum Salary of $169,000 - $181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities
- Lead or collaborate on cross-functional, multi-regional efforts that are focused on business process improvement, process design, process management, process analysis, design thinking, and the change management necessary to lead adoption of practices.
- Earn trusted-advisor status with clients in People Operations and the People Operations engineering team. Establish process measures, determine root causes, and identify meaningful improvements.
- Communicate ideas simply. Collect and document business requirements and partner with product managers to translate them into system requirements. Write project charters, business cases, and problem statements.
- Support change management. Create and deliver presentations and written communications to keep stakeholders informed on business change initiatives.
- Educate beginning and advanced students on process improvement and design thinking methods, including teaching yellow-belt, green-belt, and black-belt level practitioners.
