The team you'll be part of The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

This opening sells to key partners, Motorola, Pacific Network Group and Scientel to State, Local, Education and Transportation (SLED/T) end customers within the CX Enterprise. The Customer Solution Architect teams closely with an Account Manager to position, configure, and sell Nokia solutions and services in support of mission critical networks. Technologies are primarily Wireless Backhaul and IP Routing.

Private Wireless and broadband access opportunities are steadily increasing. What you will learn and contribute to The Enterprise team has a Customer Solution Architect opening supporting Partners Motorola, Pacific Network Group and Scientel in the US market. The successful candidate will have pre-sales engineering responsibility for thoroughly understanding customer requirements to position and price Nokia solutions and services.

As part of our team, you will:. Possess exceptional technical skills, preferably across domains. Engage across multiple Business Groups to propose customer focused, Nokia leveraged solutions for network evolution Need a strong understanding of Nokia internal process including Bill of Materials, Order Management, Salesforce management, etc Develop strong internal relationships with BG partners to include Product Line Management, Technical Support, Program Management and RBC leadership Be able to successfully articulate the Nokia Value Proposition and serve as the primary engineering focal point for key partners and end SLED/T customers Apply a self-starting, entrepreneurial approach to Sales Engineering is a fundamental requirement.

Your skills and experience You have:. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience. Demonstrated success in challenging customer facing roles; ability to build positive relationships and serve as the primary technical face into Nokia.

Ability to work closely and dynamically across the U.S. Direct Sales teams to prioritize and balance workloads Up to 20% overnight travel to meet with customers, strategize with account leaders and represent Nokia at events. It would be nice if you also had:.

Business acumen and market/account strategy experience. Experience in the 'inter-operation' of Nokia products across complex network scenarios. Knowledge of our partners' cultures and strategies to navigate their environments.
