A software and services company specializing in Big Data analysis is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. You will be joining a small team dedicated to support the company's internal users both onsite and remotely. You will be handling Tier 1, 2 and 3 support issues along with some white glove support for the executive team. This role requires 5x a week onsite in their Boca Raton office working a standard 9-5 ET shift.
Vmware vSphere
Executive support experience
*3+ years of professional experience in desktop support - both onsite and remotely
*2+ years' of Active Directory administration experience - PW resets, add/remove users, security groups, DNS/networking,
*O365 administration experience - license assignments, account creations/deletions, plugins for outlook, message/email tracing
* Azure AD exposure
*Hardware & software troubleshooting experience
* Telephony support experience - they use 8x8
