A health services network in Westchester County is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Oncology Unit as an Administrative Nurse Manager. In this role, the Administrative Nurse Manager (RN) - Oncology will will be responsible for managing all clinical administrative functions (patient care delivery, fiscal, material and human resources) of nursing units within a care center on a 24-hour basis.

- Participate in performance improvement/research activities
- Maintain professional practice standards and clinical expertise
- Create an environment in which autonomy is nurtured, encouraged and reflected in a highly competent workforce capable of providing quality care
- Uphold compliance with the network's policies / procedures, service excellence standards and regulatory requirements
- Supervise nursing personnel and provide clinical oversight to other staff on the unit
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 4+ years of Nursing experience in an Oncology role/setting
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in an Administrative and/or Leadership role
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Health related field
- Specialty certification in Oncology
