Description:

• North America Voice Line Provisioning Role |Common Services
• Create Add and Disconnect tickets for data circuits and phone lines for North America and EMEA physical locations (Stores, Distribution Centers, Home-Buying-Retail Offices, Annexes, etc.)
• Partner with our TEM (Telecom Expense Management) Vendor:
  
  
  • Inventory management
  • Audit Reviews
  • Reporting
• Partner with Client Store Implementation Team:
  
  
  • Understand Heatmap of planned location openings
  • Prioritize workload based on openings
  • Communicate and schedule installs with local carrier
  • Investigate alternatives in areas where options for service are limited
• Partner with Global Network Services:
  
  
  • Support investigation on services that have been requested for disconnect
• Previous experience in Network Infrastructure and Operations preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
