Our marketing department has managed to generate more prospective clients looking to speak with one of our consultants about our financial services & products than we have agents in order to get back to them in a timely manner.

If you qualify to work with us, you will experience an incredible work-life balance, working from home, in full control over your schedule and you would be in a position to earn permanent commission raises every month from your start date, plus additional bonuses in both cash and travel trip incentives. Commission Only position.

Responsibilities:

* Call Warm Leads and Schedule Consultations. We Do Not Cold Call.

* Consult with Clients to Find the Suitable Product or Service for their Needs and Budget

* Complete Insurance Applications with the Client and Follow up to Ensure Coverage is Placed

* Service Clients for Best Experience and Generate Referrals

* Hire and Train New Sales Consultants to Help Protect More Families

All training and work is 100% remote via Zoom, although some our agents do choose to meet some clients face to face. Your choice.

Requirements:

* An Impeccable Work Ethic and Grit

* The Ability to Work Independently & in a Team Environment

* Active Life Insurance License, Those Without a License Must be Willing to Get One (no previous

experience necessary, we will train the right candidate)

* Strong, Reliable Internet and Phone Service

* Computer with webcam for video conferences with clients and team meetings
