What You'll Do:


The Sales Manager will be responsible for the constant development of leasing strategy and the optimization of leasing and marketing processes within Peak Property Group. This position will require increased travel in the onboarding period (50%) and will reduce to 25% once fully integrated into the position.


Responsibilities: 



  • Establish an in-depth understanding of the Peak Property Group portfolios, including but not limited to unique selling points, objections, leasing trends, traffic patterns and how the portfolios fit within the competitive landscape. The Sales Manager will utilize learned data to optimize all aspects of the leasing process.

  • Develop, implement and execute marketing efforts to obtain prospects and retain current residents.

  • Oversee, assist and hold accountable all leasing agents to ensure proper execution of leasing production, such as sales skills and customer service. The Sales Manager will provide train, mentor and develop resources as needed while promoting a positive work environment.

  • Work closely and collaborate with the Director of Operations and the National Sales Manager to ensure leasing production and marketing goals are met portfolio wide.

  • Provide support and assistance to customer service efforts, which may include difficult conversations with residents or other parties

  • Perform administrative and reporting duties as determined.

  • Other duties as directed and assigned.

Qualifications:



  • High school degree or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business or related field preferred.

  • 3 – 5 years progressive experience in a multifamily property management role.

  • Previous experience with Scattered Site property management preferred.

  • Experience with Rent Manager or AppFolio or similar software systems preferred.

  • Must have a valid Drivers License
