Must be located in Arizona or Texas Must have PTCB or Cpht or Tech trainee Description: Pay - $17-17.50/hr Shift: consists of an eight (8) hour workday and can fall between Monday and Friday between the hours of 7am-7pm or 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-7pm.
Responsibilities: Responsible for entering new prescriptions for patients, processing prescription exceptions, and making contact with physician offices and patients. Responsible for entering patient demographics and prescription into the data processing system Handle processing of reorders May provide pharmacist call back and/or patient quality assurance support May manage email distribution as needed Other registered and/or licensed responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate Skills: Pharmacy, Pharmacy technician license, Retail pharmacy, Health care, Pharmacy technician certification, Cpht, Order entry, Customer service, Pharmacy support, Customer support, TSBP, PTCB, Pharmacy Technician Additional Skills & Qualifications: TSBP, PTCB, Pharmacy Technician High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required 1 year of work experience in a pharmacy setting (specialty pharmacy, PBM, retail pharmacy, or pharmacy call center setting) required Current Pharmacy Technician License/Registration without restrictions in good standing with Texas State Board of Pharmacy required Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or similar operating/software programs Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
