One round of interviews, hybrid:
a. Sarah Harrison and Ildi Torda via Zoom (have candidate Zoom from conference room on site)
b. Rob Willison in person
The Global Center COO Support team provides coverage of the Global Centers (GC) located in North America, EMEA and Asia.
The team supports the day-to-day operations of each site, in partnership with the GC Head and COO of each location. We are seeking a new resource to support our GC in Columbus, Ohio.
Key responsibilities include:
Columbus Communications and Branding
" Sitewide internal communications including weekly event communications, monthly newsletters and ad-hoc site communications
" GC Jive Sites development, maintenance and updates
" Creation of branded materials (flyers, posters, ad hoc print materials)
" Attend regular Internal Communicator and Marketing calls to stay abreast of Firm initiatives
" Provide ad hoc communications support to the other US Global Centers (Alpharetta, Salt Lake, Baltimore)Employee Engagement
" Partner with GC Head and COO to plan major office events
" Support event coordination (communications, contracts, etc.) and partner with other infra teams on event logistics (catering, room bookings and set up, etc.)
" Support Committee & Network events; serve as a central coordination point for related communications, event organization and budgets
Budget and Financials
" Budget tracking, authorization and processing (internal and external)
" Ad hoc support for other US Global Centers (Alpharetta, Salt Lake, Baltimore)Governance and GC Management
" Maintain site decks and reports (visitor decks, stakeholder decks, ad hoc reports)
" Maintain site org charts (Senior Management Group, Committees and Networks, etc.)
" Support senior visitors to site (agenda, engagement, catering needs, etc.)
