What we're looking for

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead E-commerce across Vacasa.com and the Vacasa app. You will get to invent and build the next generation of vacation rental shopping experience, while also leading a business that drove over $500M in booking revenue last year. You will really love this job if you are:

• An entrepreneurial PM interested in developing a customer-centered vision for the future of vacation rental shopping.
• Comfortable leading the full product roadmap + sprint process & enjoy working with closely with a great team developers + designers
• Able to effectively lead coordination with cross-functional partners to dive into complex problems and identify solutions

What you'll do

• Lead planning and execution of the Vacasa.com and Vacasa App product roadmap.
• Identify and validate new features that will improve the customer experience and increase guest conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the best options to deliver on a reasonable schedule, validating and documenting project requirements and workflows
• Create business value, with insights on how to improve the conversion funnel and build customer loyalty with Vacasa guests
• Ideate, test, evaluate, and iterate to meet user needs and delight users
• Run sprint plannings, stand-ups, retros, etc. for scrum teams following an Agile scrum methodology
• Develop strong knowledge of stakeholder activities, processes, and challenges
• Act as an expert and evangelist for internal tools and services

Skills you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a software Product Manager in a retail or travel business
• Experience as a product owner working directly with development teams following an Agile scrum methodology with a knack to gage product scope & teams ability to execute
• Knowledge of retail systems and how they interact to create customer conversion flow
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence or similar tools
• Experience in defining, creating and delivering end-to-end product offerings that effectively achieve desired outcomes
• Proven experience to launch offerings with a deliberate plan to learn quickly
• Strong understanding of APIs and Services as products
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to dive into the data, comfortable with advanced Excel Data manipulation, or SQL preferred

Working conditions

Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NH, NM, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY

You'll be working in your home office setting and will need access to reliable internet. We work closely as a product team across our digital communication tools (Slack, Jira, Google Chat, etc.), and we value in-person interaction and will plan to meet in person as a product team multiple times each year.

Compensation

• $125,000 - $145,000
