Proposal Coordinator

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and fast-paced Junior Proposal Designer / Formatter to join their team for a remote six-month contract to hire role (40 hours per week, W2, and benefits-eligible). This person will be responding to a high volume of document-intensive RFPs and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the design and layout for a proposal. This person must be highly skilled in InDesign (PC environment) and flow-in text, insert pictures, apply style guides, page numbers, format documents, and spell check effectively for large, multi-page documents.

responsibilities:

• Manage individual workload and working collaboratively with sales partners, project management team and Agency.
• Review, understand and ensure RFx format and requirements are met.
• Assist in the onboarding/immersion of new sales partners.
• Collaborate with both sales representatives and the external sales to support teams for proposals and projects and serve as a gold-standard example of professional and customer service partners with a direct strategic and tactical application.
• Some project-level budget management.
• Responsible for all corporate branding, voice and style guides as well as RFx and contract/legal compliance across the projects they and their sellers are responsible for.
• Draft, develop and produce sales proposals, RFPs, presentations, client reports and other internal and external support materials.
• Format and apply style guides, interpret and apply brand voice and standards.
• Multi-touchpoint campaign development (design, voice, positioning).
• Commitment and consistent ability to meet project deadlines, while managing multiple seller priorities.
• Thrive in a fast paced, production deadline driven environment.
• Champion of project management and following set proposal process.
• Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Gain clarification, approval and feedback from clients on work produced.
• May be required to work non-traditional work hours to accommodate workload and delivery of deadline-driven projects.
• Understand, interpret and execute The Challenger Sale methodology.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
