Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software tools, flows, PDK design components, and/or methodologies used in design automation and by teams in the design of hardware products, process design, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities include capturing user stories/requirements, writing both functional and test code, automating build and deployment, and/or performing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of the software tools.

**Qualifications**

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

Candidate must possess a BS degree of Science with 6 years of experience or an MS degree with 4 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant scientific STEM.

4 years of experience in at least one of the following:

Synopsys IC Verification, Siemens/Mentor Calibre.

Resolving DRC/LVS/density issues.

Process layout design rule from DRM (Design Rule Manuals).

Runset development

Preferred qualifications:

1 years of experience with Intel and/or external foundry process technology knowledge in advanced nodes.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $139,480.00-$209,760.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
