Electrical Engineer

Our client, an OEM Manufactured or power relay switches, is currently hiring an Electrical Engineer to perform diversified application support duties for products related to analog and digital circuits.

Analog Board/Circuit Design experience and work with Altium Schematic Capture suite a huge plus. This is a Direct Hire role.

The Electrical Engineer will provide engineering design and manufacturing support for electro-mechanical switching devices, power transformers and other electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities will include evaluating project requirements, designs, and also managing needed materials and specifications.
As a Project Lead, Engineers will also determine project feasibility, recommend solutions and develop application designs, and be expected to manage projects from inception to implementation (create and direct performance tests proving new designs and modifications, resolve design and performance issues, and generating necessary documentation, specifications and reporting on projects, etc.)


Desired candidate profile:

Senior Level 8+ years of experience, An Engineer familiar with hardware/software interaction, and familiar with one or more of the following: 3 phase electrical power systems; electric utility telecommunications; industrial controls.

Analog Board/Circuit Design
Altium Schematic Capture suite
Battery Monitoring Systems
Atmel Processor experience
Embedded firmware design & C, C++ experience also a huge plus.

Altium design, and some C coding experience a plus.
