Remote Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Calculate and interpret returns and analytics using FactSet and internal systems.
• Meet routine deliverables, as well as numerous ad hoc requests from the Investment Team and Business Development and Client Service.
• Strong Fixed Income experience
• Review and maintain transaction level performance data in FactSet to ensure accurate information for use in portfolio reporting (e.g., performance attribution reporting).
• Generate risk reporting for Investment Committee and write portfolio performance evaluations.
• Ensure that Polen Credit remains in compliance with GIPS Standards. Have a full understanding of the standards and the Firm's policies and procedures and how they relate to each other.
• Set up and maintain documentation to ensure that processes and procedures are documented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar quantitative field.
• Achievement of an MBA, MSF, CFA Charter or the CIPM is strongly desired.
• 5+ years professional experience in a related Financial Services business preferably in Asset Management.
• Calculate and understand various performance return formulas (TWRs, IRR, etc.) and appropriateness of use.
• Calculate, interpret, and apply statistical analysis, attribution models, and portfolio analytics.
• Knowledge of industry standards, conventions and practices in performance measurement, attribution, and application of GIPS Standards.
• Knowledge of FactSet.
• Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands in a proactive manner. Ability to handle ad hoc requests, and regular deliverables simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.
