About The Role:
Finance Analyst supports strategic leadership in and coordination in the company's administrative, business planning, accounting, payroll, and budgeting efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates, and monitors the company's financial programs and supporting information systems including budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
Analyzes costs, operations, and forecasts data on services and program activities in coordination with Managers, and Providers to monitor progress in meeting program financial targets.
Supports Cycle Management: - Implementation of RCM in customer hospitals, billing, and collections process for physician services, reporting to hospitals, payor contract, and communication with third-party billing company.
Prepares financial statements, financial reports, financial analyses, financial forecasting, and bonus, and dividend distributions
Works with the internal accounting department and external accountants to prepare corporate taxes
Ensures records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required
Five (5) years of experience in healthcare
Masters Degree a plus
