About The Role:


Finance Analyst supports strategic leadership in and coordination in the company's administrative, business planning, accounting, payroll, and budgeting efforts.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Coordinates, and monitors the company's financial programs and supporting information systems including budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.

  • Analyzes costs, operations, and forecasts data on services and program activities in coordination with Managers, and Providers to monitor progress in meeting program financial targets.

  • Supports Cycle Management: - Implementation of RCM in customer hospitals, billing, and collections process for physician services, reporting to hospitals, payor contract, and communication with third-party billing company.

  • Prepares financial statements, financial reports, financial analyses, financial forecasting, and bonus, and dividend distributions

  • Works with the internal accounting department and external accountants to prepare corporate taxes

  • Ensures records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

Education/Experience:


  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required

  • Five (5) years of experience in healthcare

  • Masters Degree a plus
