  Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work


• Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget


• Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met

• Inspect potential projects and come up with a budget and timeline to complete
