As a Director Revenue Assurance working remotely in the US, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What You'll be Doing
Have a passion to bring your accounting expertise to guide process improvements at a global level? You'll lead the revenue recognition across domestic and international locations and multiple ledgers focused on our Digital business segment.
You'll lead your team of 4-5 professionals (working with the larger team of 18 international professionals), providing coaching to improve their skills and overall performance, as you work with teams in finance and operations to identify and bring improvements related to the quality and efficiency of operational accounting processes.

You'll report to the Executive Director of Global Accounting.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • English is required because of the nature of a global business working with teammates from around the world
  • Manage the month-end and quarter-end close process ensuring revenue results are accurate
  • Manage the preparation of audit and quarterly review schedules ensuring the information addresses the requirements established by audit requests
  • Approve account reconciliations through analyzing contacts to ensure compliance with GAAP/ASC606, help resolve issues, and provide technical support on transactions and other issues
  • Develop and maintain internal accounting controls and assess accounting processes to identify opportunities to improve quality
  • Work with the finance team to prepare statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

What You Bring to the Role

  • BS/BA in Accounting or similar experience with basic understanding of revenue recognition
  • 10 years' experience in accounting, variance analysis working with multi-entity and multi-currency companies
  • 2 years' experience in depth knowledge with SOX controls and staying current with US GAAP/ ASC606 knowledge
  • 5 years' experience with professional accounting systems such as Oracle Project, Hyperion, MSBI Open Air, Changepoint, Great Plains, etc.
  • 2 years' experience with Professional Services, Managed Services, SaaS, and Product Resale Revenue Recognition
  • 2 years' experience leading a small team and working across multiple time zones
  • Accuracy-driven and passionate in keeping your work organized

The anticipated range is $135,000 - $168,000 USD.
Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
