Position Summary:
Pavilion is seeking a commercial sales manager with preferred experience in the Hospitality & Multi-Family market to focus on the A+D community. A brand ambassador who is results-oriented, representing the brand and drive sales in key territories.
Through successful relationship management and understanding of our role in the client's business, the SM will work to target areas of opportunity and growth with each client partner and independent sales representative in assigned territories across North America.
Responsibilities:
Takes initiative and responsibility to own the relationship with clients and sales reps.
Uncovers opportunities for regional growth and new business.
Develops a grasp of product knowledge and understands Pavilion's brand developments.
Works as a thought starter to diagnose and develop solutions for areas that need improvement.
Builds connections with key decision makers and knowledgeable in the targeted markets, such as commercial designers, purchasing agents, and developers.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience required.
Experience working in the furniture industry is a plus.
Creative thinker, self-starter, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, including time management.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Professional presentation and demeanor.
Strong work ethic, values integrity, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about client development, service, and relationships.
Travel is required (approximately 40%)
