Client Profitability Financial Analyst Senior - Hybrid
Overview
Research, build and maintain financial models and provides financial analysis to assess client profitability, identify profitability improvement opportunities and support the initiatives to implement improvements.
This is a Hybrid position, work in the office at least one day per week.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Collect information and maintain the financial models to determine and evaluate client profitability.
Coordinate the collection of data from various internal systems which serves as inputs to the financial model.
Coordinate a continuous improvement of the data quality in the company’s internal systems, as well as calculation methodologies in the financial model to improve the quality of the client profitability calculations
Prepare financial schedules for client profitability meetings with Client Development Managers and senior leadership; and occasionally lead these meetings.
Track and validate the success of implementation of initiatives.
Expand the client profitability modeling to other business segments beyond the Sales segment.
Provide thought leadership for client profitability calculation methodology and input for pricing strategy development.
Prepare monthly and ad hoc client profitability reporting.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience Requirements:
- 5-8 years related experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Must have expert level abilities in Microsoft Excel
Must possess strong financial modeling experience
Must possess strong analytical skills
Must exhibit critical thinking skills
Must be able to influence multi-functional teams to act on financial analysis results
Must be curious, creative and inquisitive
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills
