Senior Recruiter responsibilities are to identify, attract, recruit and assess talent and present findings to hiring managers. Implements recruiting strategies to build pipeline of talent for future needs. Functions as primary interface with hiring managers, line of business directors, and human resource business partners. May interface with vice presidents and regional leaders in developing specific plans or initiatives to meet a line of business or staff hiring need.
  • Determines appropriate sourcing strategy for position to be filled.
  • Conducts service level meetings with hiring managers to set hiring expectations and regular follow-up meetings.
  • Determines candidate has fulfilled requisite requirements in applicant tracking system.
  • Interviews candidates and presents qualified prescreened candidates to hiring manager.
  • Dispositions candidates at appropriate times during hiring process.
  • Works with hiring manager or designee to schedule interviews.
  • Contacts candidate prior to interview to answer questions.
  • Supports the Company's commitment to inclusion and diversity by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
  • Follows steps as defined by hiring process.

Requirements:
  • 5 years required:
    • recruiting and staffing experience.
    • strong understanding of recruiting policies and practices and employment law.
  • 3 years required:
    • strong candidate sourcing experience.
    • strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • 2 years preferred experience:
    • working in a team environment.
    • understanding and proficiency with social media.
    • recruiting experience in similar industry with an emphasis on the recruitment of corporate staff positions and sales professionals.
    • recruiting outside of the US.
    • Bachelors' Degree required.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong relationship building capability.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Ability to conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate capability.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability in defining needs, problem solving, multi-tasking, identifying alternatives, and working within budgets.
    • Ability to execute daily tasks with limited supervision.
    • Ability to learn software packages, including applicant tracking.
    • Flexible, adaptable, and well organized.
