In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better



  • Establish and drive solution delivery service readiness strategy in alignment with Philips product development & life-cycle management processes

  • Works on diverse scope where analysis of serviceability and deliverability is required

  • Leads multidisciplinary deliverability and serviceability change projects

  • Works independently, collaborates with SMEs, and provides consultative advice

  • Works as a service innovation specialist contributing to short- and medium-term policy & process for service innovation

  • Out of box thinking in order to find solutions to service readiness and resource competencies and training in order to meet product release schedules


Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Create a Market based plan for Service Readiness for each Business Category solution in Market that is being updated or coming to Market as a new solution release.

  • Identifying the tasks and actions required to complete the plan within the release timeline identified in the product roadmap.

  • Track the cost of non-quality after release to drive reduction in the cost of poor quality.

  • Define and implement the professional services innovation roadmap (multi-year scope), as part of the overall business roadmap. Include new services (professional services, education, solution delivery) offerings with new product release service requirements.

  • May provide participate in identifying resource competencies and learning requirements linked to each new product solution.

  • Represent the service point of view consulting with team members on service-related issues, investigates the impact of new technology on service process, translates findings into business impact representing these positions on the NPI team.

  • Improve the serviceability of released products and sub products by representing the service organization in the product development process

  • Advises product development how to realize optimal serviceability


To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:



  • Technical acumen specific to the infrastructure requirements for radiology and cardiology PACS solutions both on premises and in the cloud

  • A demonstrated ability to consult on PACS infrastructure requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong understanding of project dependencies, adherence to timeline/schedules, and an ability to coordinate completion of cross-functional deliverables

  • Understanding of solutions architecture, managed services, project management, technical consulting and clinical consulting

  • Knowledge of medical device regulatory environment and working within a quality management system

  • Strong understanding of cross-functional process related to operations, supply chain, quality, delivery & service in a solutions environment

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
