The Culture and Engagement Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all employee engagement and retention activities, events, and efforts. The position will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to foster desired culture, employee engagement, and maintain retention expectations.


SALARY RANGE:
$84,050 - $126,100 (Determined by the knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant.)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Develop strategies, structure, and methods for driving employee engagement across the company, including large and small facility locations.

  • Develop and implement programs to engage and connect employees to highlight and amplify our distinct employee culture for both new and existing employees.

  • Strengthen and communicate our employer value proposition to our current employees to drive retention and engagement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to make the in-person/in-office employee experience compelling and engaging, to distinguish it in a positive manner from the at-home working experience.

  • Create and leverage the necessary infrastructure of people and resources to extend our efforts across our various office sizes and geographies.

  • Create and monitor measures of effectiveness, including hard measures such as turnover, and perceptual measures such as employee engagement scores.

  • Work with facility and site leaders to avoid gaps and/or duplication of effort in engagement activities.

  • Leverage employee engagement tactics and strategies as key drivers of change efforts across the organization.
  • Serve as an advisor to leaders and HRBPs on engagement-related activities and initiatives.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop scripts and slides for all-employee huddles and serve as emcee for these events.

  • Ensure support and coordination of current employee engagement events and activities across the organization.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum of (3) three years of experience in a related field such as HR, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Program Management, Community Affairs or Public Relations required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:


  • Effective program management skills, including planning & organization.

  • Independent, well-organized, self-starter.
  • Creativity and imagination in developing effective engagement initiatives and strategies.

  • Proficiency and strong command with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and effective writing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt efficiently to change in a very fast paced environment.
