We are looking to fill an Accounting Manager with a fast growing Pre-IPO company in Dallas. This is a newly created position due to the high growth they are experiencing.
We are looking for a candidate that will be responsible for the oversight of month-end close and manage a team of 4 accountants. The right candidate for this role will have experience working with inter-company, financial statement consolidations, and will be someone that can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a can-do attitude.
***This position is in office ONLY 1 day a week for collaboration and 4 days remote. This position pays 120K-125K+Bonus
Job Responsibilities
-Assist in the management of day-to-day general ledger accounting activities and projects
-Assure timely and accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
-Responsible for period-end close procedures for assigned balance sheets and income statement accounts for multi-entities
-Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting and analysis package including:
-Identify opportunities to automate general ledger impacting activities.
-Prepare workpapers for audits (GAAP) and perform SOX controls when applicable
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's or Master Degree in Accounting
-CPA is a Required
-5-7 years of experience and management experience
-Ability to work in a fast pace environment
-Public company experience is desired
