We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting our Sales Representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. Your job would be responsible for supporting, motivating, and training our Sales Representatives, ensuring order accuracy, coordinating with other departments and our factories, handling administrative duties, assisting me in opening new sales locations, and promoting customer satisfaction.To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Our team has a diverse background, but we have found that those who have experience in customer service, sales, public relations, management, or any other position working with a sales team or directly with customers would be an excellent fit, regardless of the industry you're coming from! We promote personal development and foster growth both individually and collaboratively as a team.Some additional responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator would also include:* Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by ensuring they are up to date on product training, fully stocked with marketing materials, adequately staffed, and are following up with all customers in a timely fashion.* Managing new customer leads, generating quotes for customers, assigning leads to Sales Representatives, and assisting customers via website chat, phone, e-mail, and social media when Sales Representatives are unavailable.* Coordinating with our Marketing Manager and Sales Representatives on current marketing campaigns and product promotions.* Assisting with recruiting, hiring, and training new Sales Representatives for all locations.* Filling in at retail locations during Sales Representative s absence. (Overnight travel is required for locations outside of driving distance. All travel expenses paid)* Opening new retail locations by assisting management with recruiting, hiring, and training new Sales Representatives, ordering and installing new office equipment, and overseeing daily operations to ensure they are up to company standards. (Significant overnight travel is required. All travel expenses paid)* Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up meetings, general accounting, and reordering supplies for administration and sales team.* Other general administrative responsibilities when asked from management.To succeed in this role, you ll need a positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude along with the following qualities:* Team player capable of working with little supervision on a fun and growing team!* Detail-oriented & very organized.* Proficient in MS Office 2010 (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, and social media.* CRM and expense reporting experience is helpful, but not required.* Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines & confidentiality.* Proficient in both written & verbal communications.* Excellent interpersonal skills.* 2+ years of administrative experience or direct sales support experience is a plus.* Overnight travel is required and estimated at 50-75% of time depending on the applicants location to the established sales locations.In return for your commitment to our team s success, you ll receive the following compensation:* Yearly Salary* Quarterly bonus program* Paid time off* Holidays off* Unending appreciation and support from your teammates!!Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Mileage reimbursement* Paid time off* Paid training* Travel reimbursement* Work from homeSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:* Bonus payApplication Question(s):* Are you willing to undergo a background check and drug test?Experience:* Retail sales: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Willingness to travel:* 75% (Required)Work Location: On the road
