Our client is looking for a customer-driven IT Support Engineer with fundamental technical support skills to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
- Application troubleshooting, resolution and reporting
- Support an inventory of ~3000 endpoints including MacOS, Windows, and ChromeOS
- Participate and/or Run weekly Onboarding and Offboarding of company employees
- Contribute to automation initiatives using API tools like Workato
- Troubleshoot Macbook issues and resolve user issues
- Support rotation shifts for Helpdesk
